Eligibility and Identification
To book a trip in any Dreaming Blue boat, guests must be at least 18 years old. All trips are operated exclusively by a licensed Dreaming Blue skipper. Clients are not permitted to operate the boat at any time. A valid passport must be presented before departure, as required by Greek maritime regulations.
Rental Duration
Each trip has a specified start and end time as agreed in the booking. All trips must conclude before the stated end time. Full-Day trips are 8 hours long, Half-Day Morning/Noon Trips and Sunset Trips are 4 hours long.
Skipper and Safety
All trips are conducted by a certified skipper provided by Dreaming Blue. A mandatory safety briefing is provided before each departure. Passengers must follow all safety guidelines, including the instructions of the skipper, at all times.
Fuel Charges
Fuel charges may be included in the rental fee, as selected during booking, or be calculated and billed separately, based on actual usage, to be paid after the trip. The selected fuel policy is clearly indicated in your booking details.
Client Liability for Damages
As navigation is handled by our skipper, clients are not responsible for operational damage. However, clients are liable for any damage they cause to the boat or its equipment while onboard, including through negligent or inappropriate use.
Cancellation Policy
At Dreaming Blue, we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. In the event of a cancellation due to technical issues on our part, you will receive a full refund. If adverse weather conditions arise — such as strong winds, lightning, or heavy rain — and the local port authorities issue restrictions, we will contact you to reschedule or, if preferred, provide a full refund. Please note that overcast or cloudy skies do not constitute grounds for cancellation and in such occasions your booking still stands for the day, unless official warnings are issued.
Dreaming Blue reserves the right to cancel or interrupt any trip at any time if sea or weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our team or the skipper. This includes both pre-departure cancellations and changes made during the trip. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be offered at our discretion. Alterations to the itinerary or destination, made for safety or operational reasons, do not entitle guests to a refund.
Please note the following cancellation terms regarding Customer-Initiated Cancellations. If the cancellation is made at least 3 weeks prior to your scheduled trip, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within the final 3 weeks before the trip, no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason. We kindly recommend reviewing the full Cancellation Policy for additional information regarding cancellations due to weather or technical reasons.
Use of Equipment
Dreaming Blue provides leisure and safety equipment in excellent condition. Clients will be held responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of onboard equipment (e.g. snorkeling gear, cushions, personal items).
Anchoring and Environment
All anchoring is performed by our experienced skipper in designated, environmentally safe locations, such as approved bays. Guests are not allowed to handle anchoring equipment unless instructed by the crew. We ask all passengers to respect marine ecosystems and dispose of waste responsibly.
Accessing Our Website
Access to this site is granted on a temporary basis. Dreaming Blue reserves the right to amend, restrict, or suspend website services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable if the website becomes unavailable at any time or for any reason. We also reserve the right to restrict access to any user if, in our reasonable judgment, continued access may pose a security or legal risk, violate applicable laws, or breach these Terms. We may temporarily suspend access to the site for updates, system maintenance, or improvements, including security enhancements.
Viruses, Hacking and Other Offences
Users must not introduce malicious software such as viruses, Trojans, worms, or logic bombs, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or related databases, or launch denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks. Dreaming Blue shall not be held responsible for any damage to your devices, data, or software resulting from the use of our website or the downloading of any content, even if it stems from malicious third-party activity.
